Malta

Malta is tiny island country fantastic for relaxing.
It consists of two major islands - Malta (the left in photo) and Gozo (the right in photo).

Starting from airport Maltese skaters are offering fresh drinks to chill

Then the sea invites to chill

 Everybody chills in Malta, even the cats

In Malta as in all ex-British colonies the type G power outlets are used and the driving direction is left sided.

Valletta

Valletta is the capital of Malta. Generally speaking Malta is so small that you will not even notice  leaving one city and entering another. Cities in Malta are similar to districts in large cities.

Valletta's architecture is fantastic, it has a rectangular grid plan. 

As anywhere in Malta in Valletta too, the Maltese balconies are everywhere

Although almost everyone travels to Malta to study English language, the main language is Maltese.
Maltese is somehow close to Arabic, but for the script they are using alphabet which is based on Latin.

The number plates of buses in Malta start with "BUS" and taxis with "TAXI"

The style of old buses used to be like in the photo below, what a cool atmosphere they could create.

The small castle next to the yacht is a sovereign territory of Order of Malta, completely another country

Mdina

 The historical capital used to be Mdina, which means silent city. Well, the name exactly describes it.

Almost every building in Malta is made of light yellowish stones, I guess its Travertine.

Rabat 

Next to Mdina is located Rabat a town by Maltese measurements.

It is famous for its pastries 

And of course the balconies are here as well

The screen names are drawn on tiles like in Portugal. Triq means street in Maltese :)

Marsaxlokk

is a fishing village famous for it's unique styles of fishing boats
